Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
The product you return must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. Damages include water marks, broken parts, scratches, and dents.
If you receive your product and it is damaged in any way, you have 5 days to contact us to report it. If reported beyond 5 days after delivery, the assumption is made that the item was damaged after it was delivered and we cannot replace it.
